We take advantage of Idaho’s great soil to grow potatoes and sugarbeets for some of the largest processors in the country. We also grow mini potatoes for retail customers, as well as wheat, silage corn that dairies use as feed, and canola.
Our products are served throughout the nation and around the world, and food safety and quality are our top priorities. All our food comes from our own farms, where fields are inspected before planting, during the growing season, and at harvest to ensure safety.
You can find our farmers out in the fields, but these days they are aided by sophisticated technology in boosting efficiency, quality, and production. Drones, thermal imagery, satellite imagery, GPS self-driving tractors, and pivots and storages that can be operated from a cell phone are all part of an evolving landscape.
