Whether it’s one of our potato varieties, our sugarbeets, or another of our crops, we take advantage of the natural resources of Southern Idaho to deliver premium harvests to a variety of industries and brands.

Potatoes

When it comes to growing potatoes, you can’t beat the Magic Valley in the Snake River Plain. We grow processing potatoes, and our state-of-the-art storage facilities control the climate to keep them fresh. Processors know they can depend on us to meet their needs year-round.

Mini Potatoes

We also grow mini potatoes, which are sold to wholesalers and retailers and are available in stores. The minis are known for their texture and taste, and they cook up quickly.

Sugarbeets

Our sugarbeets are harvested in the fall and sold to the nation’s second-largest manufacturer of beet sugar. After processing, the sugar is sold nationally in assorted styles and quantities.

Wheat

Wheat is an important part of the crop rotation at Canyon Falls Farms and serves multiple purposes. It holds down our soil, preventing erosion, and it is used regionally for feed and milling.

Corn

We grow corn silage, which is sold to dairies in our region. A focus on keeping all the crop residues in the fields boosts the soil and helps prevent erosion.

Canola

Canola is another important part of our crop rotation, one that can improve soil structure and health while also helping keep weed populations under control.
